Volunteer Hospitality:
Coffee, healthy snacks, cases of water.
Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner main and side dishes.
Disposable plates, bowls, and cutlery.
Raffle Items:
such as a gift card, product, or pre-made gift basket—to feature in our event raffle.

Resource Table Invitation
We invite you to represent your organization at our upcoming free mobile medical clinicc. We will be hosting Remote Area Medical® (RAM), a major non-profit provider of free, highquality healthcare services. They bring free dental, vision, and medical care to those in need. By providing a resource table, your organization can offer vital information about your programs, and hand out educational materials to community members.
This is a unique opportunity to connect directly with hundreds of local individuals and families who are actively seeking healthcare, social services, and community support.
Clinic Details & Opportunities Target Audience: Uninsured, underinsured, and underserved individuals and families. Services Provided: Free dental cleanings, fillings, extractions; eye exams and prescription glasses made on-site; general medical exams.
What We Provide: A designated space, table, and chairs within our patient waiting or checkout areas to ensure high visibility. What to Bring: Your own tablecloth, banners, brochures, signup sheets, and any promotional items or giveaways.
Why Participate? Direct Community Impact: Meet community members exactly where they are at a time when they are actively focusing on their health and well-being.
Networking: Connect with other local non-profits, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders who also attend and volunteer.
Cost: $0 for non-profits, $25 for government agencies, $50 for comercial

Join the CHG
What is a CHG?
A CHG, or Community Host Group, a local team of volunteers that invites a larger organization—such as the non-profit Remote Area Medical (RAM)—to hold a free event, clinic, or program in their area.
CHG Meetings:
Our CHG meets montly on the second Thursday of each month at the Newport Library (3730 Market St, Youngstown) at 6:00pm***. All are welcome to attend.
***November 12th meeting will be a class at the Main Library, Non-profits:Finding Grants, one must be registered to attend this class.
